Make sure the private address is disabled

When you connect your device to SSW WIFI (or any WIFI managed by Unify Controller ), please make sure the private address is disabled.

If private address is enabled, each time the device is connected to the WIKI, Unify Controller will assign and record a different Mac Address. This will result in a mismatch from Sophie Bot’s database between employee registered device and presence detection.
